Flamore is a powerful phoenix that was gifted to Cody by ???. Cody proceeded to raise the egg by researching plenty on how to grow a phoenix perfectly. He obtained all the supplies required and ensured the egg was super warm. When the egg hatched one day, Cody gave the phoenix all the supplies required, including ember and flames. It turns out that Flamore was born fond of Cody, likely because he was examining his owner before he hatched. As Flamore got bigger, Cody switched what supplies he used, but he didn't purely use research to raise him. Cody made observations himself to find out that Flamore was not as interested in the fancy phoenix foods mentioned but rather spicy foods. Upon finding this out, he prepared spicy food for him often. Cody also reached out to Takuto more often in terms of cooking. Flamore is made of flames, but he can control the temperature of localized areas so he'd never burn anyone he did not intend. Once every three nights, Flamore would cuddle his owner greatly and sleep as close to him as possible. Cody researched and found that this behaviour can sometimes be a form of cooing over a parent. Though this does not apply to all phoenix, Flamore is one of these statistics. Phoenix have been known to get even more affectionate than this on third nights as well.
Flamore already braggs about Cody on occasions and takes great interest when he's using old materials to create new things. He clearly loves salvaging old materials. He does not like anything that's just plain old unusable trash though, which makes things pretty mixed if he were to go through a pile of trash.
