Princess Myla is one of the only female royals of the Golkian Kingdom. Under her father's eyes she would be an elegant royal who stays within the castle. Even under watch, she'd still throw parties, though they'd be tea parties and nothing more. Away from her father's watch, she has a common habit of going into town under the guise of a commoner. Sometimes she'd do this to watch them go about their day to day lives, and other times she'd help them out. She'd also shop as if she was a commoner, though from her viewpoint, this was to help their economy. One day Myla encountered Keesha, who at the time was just a generic knight who lived hardly above a commoner. It was a simple encounter where Myla had dropped something and Keesha picked it up for her. The gesture made Myla smile and get her name. The first encounter didn't do much else, they both went about their usual tasks. The second time they met, Keesha was treating a child's scrapped knee. Myla remembered Keesha from before and talked with her for a bit afterwards. To Myla, Keesha stood out a bit more in her mind, consistently seeing her kindness. Of course, third time being a charm, Myla had encountered Keesha again. Keesha was defusing an argument this time, and even managed to get the arguing parties to agree. There was no violence involved and Keesha even helped both sides complete what they were trying to do before. Myla decided to chat more extensively with Keesha this time. Seeing another selfless person, Myla visioned them becoming friends. After a long conversation, they became good friends. Not long before parting ways for the time being, Myla let Keesha know that she was a princess. These two bonded very well and would meet up whenever Myla was in town, and sometimes even in the castle. When Keesha was promoted to a knight, they had more opportunities to talk. It didn't take long before they'd chat daily.

Myla wouldn't just chat with Keesha. She'd also go to the basement level to talk with a witch named Skragly. She was friends with Skragly and a few others who had few friends. The invasion that visited the kingdom changed a lot of lives when that day came. Myla prayed with all she could for Keesha and the defence army she commanded to prevail and come back. Keesha did return after the first fight. Myla was grateful for this, but she could tell Keesha was concerned herself about the next battle. They had a long conversation before Keesha went to rally her army and march off. Time passed and eventually an injured messenger went into the castle to inform of the fall of the first defensive line. Myla didn't know whether Keesha had survived or not, but she know one thing ... if the first line of defence failed, then the others stood no chance. Myla went to the basement, enforced by her father's command to keep her safe. Keesha had made it back, informing the king that the units' magic cut through them. Keesha had been hurt as well. However, Myla only learnt of Keesha's return through a chain of rumours that passed through the basement. Not long after, word of some sort of betrayal passed through that same chain, followed by rumour of Keesha's death. Myla could barely contain her urge to leave the basement to try and find out what was going on. Skragly told her to keep safe in the room, as noise filled the basement hall. Minutes felt like days, days felt like years. After a few days, the basement became quiet. Myla checked the basement to find there was no signs of life. However, the spirits that were present told her enough. Keesha was gone and the kingdom was in the hands of the enemy. Myla made a request to Skragly, to be frozen in time until a chance to make things better was there. Skragly agreed to this and after one last chat, Myla was frozen in time. Shortly after Skragly's chat with Dimenda, Skragly remembered this and unfroze Myla. Myla was informed that Dimenda is Keesha, but not the same. However, Myla, seeing this as the best hope she could get, would pursue Dimenda, no matter what. Perhaps a reunion would finally put her heart at rest.
